What this project was built to do.
A professional healthcare website created to give Optimum Healthcare UK Ltd a clearer digital presence, organised service information and straightforward enquiry routes.
The requirement
The challenge
Healthcare organisations need a public website that is easy to understand, trustworthy and usable by people who may be searching quickly for services or contact information. The experience therefore has to balance brand presentation with clarity and accessibility.
Healthcare websites have to earn trust quickly while remaining simple enough for a visitor who may be looking for help, a service or contact information under time pressure. The information architecture needed to avoid an over-designed marketing experience that hides practical information. It also needed to keep KOAF's role clear: the project concerns the digital experience, not clinical judgement or healthcare regulation.
The build
How KOAF approached it
KOAF developed a responsive healthcare-focused website architecture that presents the organisation, service areas and contact pathways in a structured format suitable for desktop and mobile visitors. The portfolio focuses on the digital build itself rather than making clinical or operational claims that belong to the healthcare provider.
The website was structured around a calm healthcare presentation, readable service information and direct enquiry/contact routes. Content hierarchy, spacing and responsive behaviour were used to keep the organisation understandable on desktop and mobile. The architecture can support additional service pages and operational content while keeping clinical claims under the healthcare provider's control rather than hardcoding them into the portfolio.
Current position
What can be inspected today
The project is available through the supplied live deployment. Any healthcare outcomes, staffing figures, registrations or service-performance claims should remain the responsibility of the client and should not be inferred from this KOAF portfolio record.
The supplied healthcare deployment is available for visual inspection. The case study demonstrates KOAF's ability to translate a healthcare organisation into a clear corporate web experience. Clinical outcomes, registrations, patient numbers, staffing levels and other regulated claims are deliberately excluded from KOAF's evidence unless the client provides approved information for publication.
