What This Division Does

Professional Cleaning & Facility Services provides structured cleaning and related facility support for offices, commercial spaces, institutions, properties and project sites. The objective is to define the service properly, deploy the right people and equipment, and make quality and responsibility clear.

Services

Depending on the approved scope, KOAF can support routine office and corporate cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, carpet and upholstery care, move-in and move-out cleaning, sanitisation and hygiene support, scheduled cleaning and selected facility-support activities.

Site Assessment And Scope

Cleaning requirements vary significantly by property type, size, condition, surfaces, occupancy, access restrictions and expected standard. For larger or more complex jobs, KOAF may request photographs, videos or a site inspection before preparing the commercial scope.

Equipment And Materials

The service plan should identify the equipment, chemicals, consumables and protective items required for the job. Equipment selection depends on the task: a wet/dry vacuum, extractor, scrubber, pressure washer or fumigation equipment cannot be assumed to serve every purpose interchangeably.

Recurring Service

For recurring office or facility cleaning, the engagement can define frequency, working hours, areas covered, supervision, consumables, reporting and how issues are escalated. The goal is to move from an informal arrangement to a manageable service standard.

Post-Construction And Handover

Post-construction cleaning requires a different approach from ordinary maintenance cleaning. The team may need to address dust, adhesive, paint residue, windows, fittings, floors and detailed final presentation before occupation or handover.

Quality And Safety

KOAF aims to scope methods and materials appropriate to the surface and environment, brief workers clearly and review the completed work. Where specialist hazardous, clinical or regulated cleaning is required, it should only be accepted when KOAF has the appropriate competence, equipment and approvals.

Starting A Cleaning Request

Provide the property type, location, approximate size, required service, preferred date or frequency, and photos/video if useful. KOAF can then confirm availability, whether inspection is required and the next commercial step.
