Accessibility

KOAF aims to make the Digital Headquarters usable across screen sizes, keyboards, assistive technologies and reduced-motion preferences while keeping advanced media optional.

Accessibility Approach

The Digital Headquarters is designed around semantic structure, responsive layouts, labelled forms, visible keyboard focus, sufficient contrast and progressive enhancement.

Motion, Video And 3D

Immersive media should not be required to understand the company or complete a business task. Visitors who prefer reduced motion should receive a calmer experience, and 3D/video sections should have appropriate fallbacks when the device or connection cannot support them.

Forms And Navigation

Important forms and navigation should remain keyboard accessible, clearly labelled and usable at common mobile sizes. Validation errors should explain what needs to be corrected rather than relying only on colour.

Continuous Testing

Accessibility should be reviewed whenever new pages, media, components or third-party tools are introduced. Visitors who encounter a barrier can report it through the Contact Centre so the issue can be investigated.

This statement should be updated as KOAF completes formal accessibility testing and adopts any additional standards or support processes.
