The challenge
Property discovery can become difficult when listings, requirements, enquiries and decision support are spread across different channels. A modern property product needs to help users narrow what they want while giving the operator a controlled way to manage information.
Property products have two distinct problems: helping users discover relevant opportunities and helping operators keep listings, enquiries and requirements organised. Adding AI only helps if it improves those decisions rather than becoming a decorative chatbot. The experience also needed to feel premium enough for a property-focused product while remaining practical on mobile.
The build
How KOAF approached it
Luxora AI was developed as a property-focused digital concept combining a premium user experience with AI-assisted guidance and structured property workflows. The portfolio records the product-development work without treating prototype content or sample property data as real inventory.
Luxora AI explores a guided PropTech model in which structured property data and user requirements can be combined with AI-assisted discovery. The build focuses on a polished visual interface, search/discovery logic and administrator-controlled information. The architecture leaves space for richer listing, enquiry and recommendation workflows while ensuring the public portfolio does not confuse demonstration inventory with real property stock.

The supplied live URL is retained for inspection where available. KOAF should upload a homepage screenshot in Admin HQ so the project continues to display properly even if the prototype later changes or blocks embedding.
The prototype URL remains available as the project destination where the endpoint is online. The case study documents the product-development work and the PropTech/AI direction rather than making claims about property transactions or inventory. For long-term portfolio reliability KOAF can upload a homepage screenshot from Admin HQ, which will display even if the external prototype later changes or prevents iframe embedding.
