The requirement
The challenge
A complex school-management application needs a simple public entry point. School owners, administrators, teachers, parents and prospective users should be able to understand the product before they reach a secure login screen. The portal therefore has a different job from the management application itself: explain the proposition, separate demonstration access from live access and provide a clear route into the platform without exposing private school data.
The build
How KOAF approached it
KOAF built a dedicated public Campus Portal at campuslearning.koafkstartnow.online. The interface introduces KOAF Smart Learning Campus in plain language and presents separate Demo Mode and Live Portal journeys. It acts as a product-facing gateway while the secure application at smart.koafkstartnow.online remains the operational school-management system. Keeping these as separate projects makes the architecture and portfolio evidence clearer: one is the public product experience; the other is the authenticated multi-role application.
Current position
What can be inspected today
The public Campus Portal is independently accessible and can be inspected without authenticating into the school-management application. It demonstrates KOAF's ability to design the presentation and onboarding layer around a larger software product while keeping secure operational access separate. Any demo accounts, sample content or interface figures should be treated as demonstration data rather than verified school-adoption statistics.
