The requirement
The challenge
Restaurants often separate menus, table service, reservations, billing and customer feedback into different manual steps. The project explored how a guest could complete more of the dining journey from a phone without requiring a separate app installation.
Restaurant service has many small moments that normally require a waiter or separate system: finding the menu, identifying the table, placing an order, requesting assistance, receiving the bill, paying and leaving feedback. The product challenge was to connect those moments without forcing guests to download a native app or staff to manage several disconnected interfaces.
The build
How KOAF approached it
KOAF RestaurantPro uses a Smart Table concept where a table-specific QR can lead the guest into menu browsing, ordering, service requests and payment/bill workflows. The wider build includes reservations, gallery/menu presentation and guest-facing responsive pages, with room for operational administration behind the experience.
RestaurantPro uses a table-aware QR journey as the starting point. A guest can scan the table code, browse a digital menu, add items and notes, call a waiter, request the bill, pay through supported methods and leave feedback. The wider product direction supports reservations and administrative restaurant workflows. The public site demonstrates how the customer experience and operational system can share one digital foundation.

What can be inspected today
The live demonstration shows the digital dining flow and public restaurant experience. Menu prices, ratings, guest names and other demonstration content visible inside the prototype are sample/demo data and are not KOAF claims about a real restaurant operation.
The live demonstration currently exposes the Smart Table concept, menu/order journey, waiter request and bill/payment direction. Those functions are inspectable as product capability. Menu prices, ratings, guest testimonials, table counts and other seeded marketing data on the demonstration are illustrative and are not published by KOAF as verified restaurant performance.
