The requirement
The challenge
Hotels need to connect room sales, guest information, restaurant/service requests and event enquiries without forcing visitors through disconnected systems. The public experience also needs to feel premium on both desktop and mobile.
A hotel website has to convert interest into bookings while also presenting rooms, dining, events and guest services in a coherent way. A visually attractive homepage is not enough if room search, booking and guest-service journeys are disconnected. The product also needs to work comfortably on mobile because many guests research and book from phones.

How KOAF approached it
KOAF HotelPro was built as a branded hospitality experience with room search and booking, room/service presentation, restaurant and event sections, installable-app direction and guest-portal entry points. The design can form the public layer of a broader hotel-management system.
HotelPro combines room search and booking with room/suite presentation, restaurant and event sections, guest-portal direction and installable-app/PWA thinking. The public experience is designed as the guest-facing layer of a wider hospitality platform, so hotel operations can later connect to the same room, booking and service records rather than living in separate systems.

The live demonstration shows the hospitality UX and core booking/service journey. Room prices, guest reviews, addresses and other seeded content in the demo are illustrative and should not be treated as a real hotel's operating data.
