Project record
What this project was built to do.
A logistics management platform combining shipment booking, tracking, dispatch, driver workflows, fleet/warehouse operations and financial management in one system.
The requirement
The challenge
Logistics businesses often need to coordinate customers, shipments, drivers, tracking, proof of delivery, warehouses and payouts at the same time. Managing those processes separately makes it harder to see the state of an operation in real time.
Logistics businesses have to coordinate booking, dispatch, drivers, location updates, proof of delivery, customer tracking, money flows and sometimes warehousing. Building only a tracking page would leave most of the operational work untouched. The product challenge was to show how customer-facing shipment journeys and internal logistics control can belong to the same platform.
The build
How KOAF approached it
KOAF LogisticsPro was designed as a connected logistics control platform with shipment booking and tracking, smart dispatch direction, browser/phone GPS concepts, driver and customer wallet architecture, proof-of-delivery workflows, warehouse/inventory support and financial reporting. The public site also provides a customer-facing service and tracking experience.
LogisticsPro combines shipment booking and tracking with driver/dispatch workflows, browser-based GPS direction, fleet and warehouse concepts, proof-of-delivery and wallet/payment architecture. The public experience explains delivery services and lets users enter tracking information, while the management side is designed for operators who need to control the full shipment lifecycle.
Current position
What can be inspected today
The live demonstration shows a broad logistics-product architecture. Delivery counts, driver counts, coverage claims, sample addresses and other marketing figures contained in the demo should be treated as illustrative data, not verified KOAF operating statistics.
The live demonstration exposes the shipment, service and tracking experience as well as the broader operational capability set. Marketing figures such as delivery totals, driver counts, success rates, nationwide coverage or international reach shown inside the demo are illustrative unless KOAF later connects the project to verified production data.
