The challenge
Real-estate businesses need to handle listings, enquiries, viewings, tenants, agents, developer projects, documents and money flows without losing track of the relationship between them. A public property search alone does not solve the operational side of the business.
Real-estate operations continue after a listing is published. Agencies and developers also need lead assignment, viewing coordination, tenant information, maintenance, documents, commissions, rent/sales tracking and project/unit management. The product therefore had to combine a public marketplace with operational CRM and property-management thinking instead of stopping at a property-search homepage.

How KOAF approached it
KOAF EstatePro combines public buy/rent/land discovery with property management, lead and agent workflows, viewing calendars, tenant functions, maintenance requests, finance tracking and a developer-portal direction. The build also explores AI-assisted property search and PWA/mobile access.
EstatePro combines Buy, Rent, Land and short-let discovery with property records, a lead engine, agent workflows, viewing calendar, tenant portal, maintenance requests, finance tracking and developer-project/unit management. The product also explores AI-assisted property search and installable PWA/mobile access. This makes the build useful as both a customer-facing property experience and an operational platform concept.

The live demonstration provides an inspectable end-to-end PropTech concept. Property listings, prices, agent counts, tenant counts, addresses and other content visible in the demonstration are sample data unless KOAF explicitly marks them as verified production records.
The live demonstration exposes property search and the wider feature direction including property management, lead tracking, tenant, viewing, finance, developer and AI-search concepts. Listing prices, addresses, agent counts, tenant counts and claims such as market leadership in the demo are seeded demonstration data, not verified KOAF real-estate operations.
