The challenge
Growing organisations often operate HR through spreadsheets, paper files and disconnected payroll or attendance tools. This makes it difficult to maintain one reliable employee record or follow a staff member from recruitment through attendance, leave and payroll.
HR operations become difficult when employee files, attendance, recruitment, leave and payroll are spread across spreadsheets, paper records and separate tools. The product needed to support day-to-day HR work while keeping access role-based and making attendance useful for organisations with physical locations or distributed staff.
The build
How KOAF approached it
KOAF CorporateHR was built around a single workforce control centre. The live build presents Staff Passport digital records, GPS-enabled attendance, recruitment workflows, payroll and payslips, leave management and related HR functions. Role-based administration is intended to protect sensitive workforce information and keep operational tasks organised.
CorporateHR brings employee records and employment history together with Staff Passport-style records, GPS-supported clock-in/out, recruitment stages, leave management and payroll/payslip workflows. The public product site demonstrates the HR control-centre direction while the authenticated application can hold the operational records. The architecture is intended to replace repeated manual administration with one connected source of workforce information.
Current position
What can be inspected today
The live demonstration clearly shows the product architecture and major HR modules. Any employee counts, pricing, addresses or other figures inside the demo environment are illustrative unless KOAF later replaces them with verified production data.
The live public experience currently presents employee management, GPS attendance, RecruitPro and PayrollPro capabilities. Those visible modules can be inspected directly. Any employee counts, payroll values or organisation-specific records would be private operational data and are deliberately excluded from this mother-site case study.
