The challenge
Churches can manage membership, departments, events, giving, prayer requests, sermons and communication across many disconnected tools. The product needed to serve both physical and online members while keeping ministry administration organised.
Churches and ministries can end up using separate tools for membership, departments, events, livestreams, giving, prayer requests, sermons and pastoral communication. That fragmentation makes it harder for members to know where to go and for administrators to maintain one coherent view of the community. The product needed to support both physical and online participation without turning ministry activity into a complicated enterprise interface.
The build
How KOAF approached it
KOAF ChurchPro was developed around a unified ministry experience with member journeys, ministry/department structure, events, live-service access, giving, prayer requests, sermon content and administration-oriented workflows. The design allows a church to combine public engagement and member services in one platform.
ChurchPro brings public church engagement and member-service concepts together: membership, ministry departments, service/livestream access, online giving direction, events, prayer requests, sermon library and pastoral/community workflows. The public site shows how a member can move between worship, participation and support journeys, while management functions can remain behind authenticated roles.

The live demonstration shows the platform's breadth. Member counts, testimonies, pastor names, addresses, service schedules and other seeded church content are demonstration data and must not be presented as evidence about a real ministry unless replaced with approved information.
