The challenge
A dealership or vehicle business needs operational controls that are different from a public marketplace. Inventory, staff actions, customer records, vehicle status and administrative workflows need a controlled back-office experience.
Vehicle businesses need reliable control over inventory, customer activity and administrative records. An internal automotive application also has a different UX requirement from a public marketplace: authenticated staff need fast access to operational tools, not a marketing homepage. That means a mother-site portfolio cannot rely on embedding the login screen as the only visual explanation of the project.

How KOAF approached it
KOAF Auto was developed as a role-based automotive management system focused on internal/dealer workflows rather than simply browsing cars. The system direction includes dashboards, vehicle records, administrative control and responsive access for day-to-day operations.
KOAF Auto was developed as a protected automotive-management application with structured vehicle and administrative workflows behind authentication. The portfolio now treats the login URL as an application entry point and shows a permanent branded project cover first; an uploaded screenshot can be used to present the dashboard or a safe public screen without exposing credentials or private records.

The supplied URL opens the application login experience. This portfolio record deliberately keeps KOAF Auto separate from CarSense because they solve different parts of the automotive journey.

The Hostinger inventory also includes koafbydealermgt.koafkstartnow.online. It is treated as an automotive dealer-management/development instance related to KOAF Auto rather than as a separate public project until a materially different product scope is verified.
