The challenge
A training organisation can outgrow a collection of course pages and manual records. Learners need a clear place to access development activity, while administrators need better visibility over training, assessments, records and progression. For rail and construction, competency and safety-related learning also require a more structured experience than an ordinary content website.
The build
How KOAF approached it
The Aimarail Learning Hub was developed as a dedicated digital environment separate from the public corporate website. The product direction includes online training delivery, competency testing and assessments, employee learning records, digital certificates, progress tracking, recruitment/workforce development and mobile/desktop access. It supports the wider Aimarail journey from discovering training on the corporate site to managing learning and career progression in a dedicated platform.

Aimarail publicly presents the Learning Hub as a centralized platform for rail and construction professionals. The mother-site case study records the digital platform work without claiming learner totals, pass rates or workforce outcomes that have not been independently verified by KOAF.
