Collaboration
Partners
KOAF is open to practical partnerships with institutions, suppliers, technology providers, training organisations, contractors and strategic collaborators where the relationship creates clear mutual value.
Why Partnerships Matter
KOAF's business model crosses technology, physical service delivery, skills, procurement and digital products. No serious organisation can build all of those capabilities in isolation. Strategic partnerships can expand specialist expertise, improve delivery capacity, create access to markets and strengthen the value KOAF can provide to clients.
Types Of Partnership
Potential relationships may include:
- technology and implementation partnerships;
- product or platform integration;
- training and education collaboration;
- workforce and artisan-network relationships;
- procurement and supplier relationships;
- logistics and fulfilment support;
- institutional and community partnerships;
- property, facility or project-delivery partnerships;
- marketing and distribution partnerships;
- investment or strategic growth relationships.
What KOAF Looks For
A useful partnership should have a clear purpose. KOAF needs to understand what each party contributes, what the opportunity is, how responsibility is divided, whether there are commercial or data implications and what a successful outcome would look like.
The company is interested in partners that can demonstrate relevant capability, reliability, appropriate documentation and a willingness to work within clear processes.
How To Propose A Partnership
Use the partnership gateway to describe:
- your organisation;
- the proposed relationship;
- the problem or opportunity;
- the locations involved;
- what you want KOAF to contribute;
- what your organisation contributes;
- relevant timelines;
- supporting documents or links.
The request becomes a trackable record inside Admin HQ so the appropriate team can review it.
Public Partner References
A relationship should not automatically become a public logo on the KOAF website. Public partner listings are published only after the relationship is verified and the company is comfortable making the association public.
